Originally from Michigan, Sherri G. Denning has lived in LaBelle, Florida for over 50 years and founded Southern Land Investments & Real Estate in 1987, later merging with Heritage Land Company in 2010 to form Southern Heritage Real Estate & Investments, Inc. She remained the broker of record and sole owner until 2024, when she passed the reins to Greg Bone and brought on two partners as part of her exit plan. With nearly four decades of real estate experience, Sherri continues to work full-time while strategically scaling back, ensuring the business adapts to evolving technology and economic changes. Active in the community, she has served on many boards, including Goodwill of Southwest Florida and the Fort Myers Medical Museum, as well as various local organizations in Hendry County. Sherri’s greatest joys these days include traveling with her grandchildren, spending time with family and friends, and helping others whenever possible.
